LDS repair centres are equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment to ensure your system is repaired and tested to ISO 9001 quality assurance standards and returned to you in the shortest possible time.
Spares
LDS is committed to supporting your system investment through the supply of spare parts, giving customers the reassurance that all our spares comply with current safety legislation. We also dispatch the majority of spares the same day or worldwide within three working days.
Calibration Services
We provide a full range of calibration services for instrumentation and controllers, carried out either at the factory or at one of our approved contractors. All work is controlled by ISO 9001 procedures and customers are issued with calibration certificates.
De-commissioning and Re-commissioning
We don’t just carry out original installation and commissioning, LDS can move your system to a new location, undertake a site survey, decommission the equipment, and oversee transportation and then re-commission the system to its original specification.
System Modifications and Upgrades
As new safety and EMC regulations come into effect, you may want to develop new applications which require system modifications or upgrades. We can provide a consultancy service to support you through these changes.
Technical Support
Our telephone help-desk gives you direct access to a network of trained engineers who provide free assistance and advice. Faults can often be corrected remotely, but if this is not possible, we can arrange a site visit.
